Donald Trump

You can't learn anything about anyone from yes and no questions. You can only confirm your pre-existing bias.

But here is the kicker, I could answer yes to all those questions or no to every single one and it wouldn't change your opinion one way or the other.

Which should tell you more about the value of your questions.

But feel free to go with the answers Foggy provided. He certainly knows me better than anyone.
In fact, you can learn just about everything from yes and no questions. I believe the entire binary language of computing is based specifically on this principle.

I stand corrected.

Let me rephrase and be more specific:
@BlueHammer85 cannot learn anything about me from the limit to just "Yes or No answers only" questions he put up.

He can ONLY confirm his own biases. And he has. So we are all satisfied.

Somethings can be booiled down to a yes or no. And ultimately we have to make decisions like that. For example, did you vote for Trump? Yes or no.

The answer tells us a lot about a person.

just obtuse as ever, I'd be more than happy to answer Yes/No or add a little more to answer any political questions thrown at me and my leanings.

But your request specifically didn't want any addition.
Besides, these aren't serious questions. They are signal questions... All silly and pointless.

You already know your team. I'm not on it. Don't want to be either.

I'll happily engage in a discussion related to how you came to your view vis a vis mine. I'd happily challenge claims I deem ludicrous and state why i do. And I'm happy to be challenged on mine.

But these silly questions about what team you belong to are just that. Silly!

I am not on your team. We've already established that.

Have to admit that response made me laugh.

(though not strictly true anymore as/when we move into the quantum computing era ;-) )

I always find the answers to "open" questions much more informative
Obviously.

But for the purpose of outcasting Dax, let's pretend otherwise. :)

That's why I said initially that Hammer's questions didn't really need my answer. He can just reach the conclusions he wanted to anyways.

Go with Foggy or GBC answers. It all leads to the same conclusion.

I think you are probably taking this too personally. Sometimes people are not actually interested, they just want to hear confirmation or reassurances of their own viewpoint. If we all 'pick a side' with everything being black/white, right/wrong, left/right etc it makes our complex world a much less scary place for some people and more easy to understand.
