Doner Kebabs

How many people, after reading this thread, actually fancy a kebab tonight?

I do, for sure.

Me, but I'm being strict so I can justify two Doner and chicken kebabs for tea after work Friday (with salad, red onion, yoghurt, mango AND ON NAAN BREAD, not some shitty-ass pitta bread).

A distinct lack of chilli sauce

I am fecking starving now and could murder a massive Doner on a PITTA bread from the local Canadian charcoal Grill. The reason I love it on a Pitta is because on a NAN its all about the Bread getting in the way of the meat but with a Pitta it just soaks up the sauce and then meat meat meat! Ive already made a curry but now want a kebab!

Just had a Chicken tikka kebab on Nan with fresh salad and a mix of yogurt and chilli sauce, the breads are traditionally cooked in their tandoor oven, fantastic. Get to the MonColly on Queens Rd. Collyhurst, Kebabs and Pizzas are top notch. Yum!

A place near my brothers does one the size of your forearm..

Has to have a bit of sheek and chicken on tho for variety. Managed 3 quarters once - it was very rewarding.

No, never been to Turkey but I believe that Turkish one on the corner of Dickinson Rd. and Anson Rd. in Manchester are to die for.
