I agree, there’s no excuse this time. There may well be problems with the tickets when they are sent so less time to sort those problems out.
They’ve got our money so give us the bloody tickets.

Couldn't agree more, especially now that everyone has made different plans and will be travelling at different times.
I don't even understand the thinking behind the process. Why save paper if we've got to print the ticket anyway?

They are PDF and you could print out 1000 of the same one but only one would work.

It is just so they only have to run the batch process once.
