Downing is useless. If it wasnt for the fact that he is English and is left footed, then he wouldnt be anywhere near as highly rate as he is.

but

if we were to get barry and drogba we could pretty well play chelseas 4-1-4-1 with nige as lone dm and obviously drogba as lone striker, although i would prefer not to have drogba and play 2 strikers, i'd say there's a reasonable chance of this happening.
