How can I get the game on my iPad, I'm really new to all this sorry

It's basically the same as I did for my iPod. Go on the link above and download the match. Then convert it to something (ask someone else I dunno what sorry). Then drag them onto your desktop, open iTunes, and drag them into films. Then just put it onto your iPad the way you'd normally put a video on.

you need to convert it to MP4 format for ipad/iphone

you can google free "avi to ipad convertors" and it should find a few that will do it for you ;)

Here is a smaller lower quality copy (1.1GB) i recoded for those who do not want the 4GB high quality ipod version.

Does anyone know where I could find the sky 3D footage for download?

Most 3d content is delivered via .m2ts (bluray) not .ts (transport stream).
To a man basically this means the equiptment is not common or cheap to transcode from a 3d stream to a usable standard beyond the native player it is recorded on.
More to the point it is very very hard to transcode it properly as opposed to ripping a blu-ray which is simple and requires no extra hardware and just anydvd for the soft.
This all ads up to no 3d broadcast streams being available basically. If you like i can give you a detailed explanation if you are savvy with audio/video encoding standards, bottom line is though no we can't provide that, nobody can.

atm the best quality you can get is 720p @60fps
