That mad Chinese woman Ling Valentine who pitched car leasing. She turned them down because they were asking for too much equity.

She seems to be doing well. http://www.lingscars.com/

never in my life have i ever pissed myself at a website within 4 seconds of opening it

That website is brilliant, shit for her business as surely nobody would risk handing over money with anything so dodgy fronting it BUT as a great laugh I loved it. (And so non PC ! if a white bloke did that he would be locked up !)

I very nearly went on 3 years ago, the dragons know a lot more than they tell you on the show about the people and the products being pitched, they were keen to get me on but I pulled the plug and I'm very glad I did.

I can see the merits of going on even if you don't get any offers from the dragons, there's no such thing as bad publicity they say.

What was your invention? Go on,pitch it to us.

That particular product has already gone to market now lol

Mr Madinventor sir....I'm calling your bluff.I and I'm sure many others are genuinely interested in the products you have invented and so far you have not revealed.Put us out of our misery.

How did that shit band that peter Jones invested in get on? Manfater or something like that!!! Then there was the bloke who blinged up phones and stuff by plating then gold, they didn't invest but got him a job cos he was a good salesman.

In the follow up show it showed that the "Midas touch" guy who blinged stuff sadly passed away not long after the show.
No I don't think it was him that died, it was the guy who invented the seat belt adjuster for kids, which stopped them losing limbs and heads in accidents due to poorly fitting seat belts.....I think....

Also I would love to know what you invented and put to market....if its already gone to market no harm in revealing

Those trunkies are brilliant

My little nephew uses his tiger one all the time

Such a simple idea, thats making loads of money

I always thought they rejected the Trunkies though? Thought it was one of those where Duncan Bannatyne got hold of it and broke it in about 10 seconds. The rest of them all then dropped out because of it which I remember at the time thinking was a bit of a pity.

I think it was Theo Paphitis who snapped the handle off one of them completely missing the point that it was a product aimed for children and that they wouldn't be using all their strength to try break it to pieces.
