Get 30 odd blokes together and they are not all going to get on with each other it is human nature.
The players should be professional enough to put any personal differences behind them when they step on to the pitch.
The trouble is that this season we have appeared to be a disjointed unit in many matches and there is no doubt that both individually and as a team there has been too many off days.
The age of the squad is also starting to worry me, we desperately need some young blood brought in in the close season.
It is up to Pellegrini (and the back room staff) to sort it out or he will be on his bike rapid.

There is always tension in dressing rooms middleton but big deal its healthy in the main.
