My test tomorrow, had a look at this basically thought 'oh fuck' haha. Reckon wearing a City shirt would benefit me on the off chance that my examiner's a blue? Or would have a worse effect if they're a red?
Good luck where your test at ?
Bredbury, and cheers mate

Slightly off topic. I'm looking for someone that does Motorbike lessons and tests, anyone know someone who'll do them cheap for a fellow blue?

My Daughter failed 2 weeks ago.
She took a crash course and i took her out a few times aswell, i would of put my mortgage on her passing, she is a better driver than the bread knife, anyway she passed her theory test and she failed her practical because she didnt acknowledge her mistake, when she nearly knocked an old lady down crossing a busy maine rd.
All i am saying is if you make a mistake make sure you acknowledge it at the time by telling your examiner what you did wrong even if you whisper it or tut and apologise.
Good look blue.
Oh dont forget to find out where the dipstick is for checking the oil on the motor you are taking your test in.

EDIT
Didnt realise the date of the thread, soz to see you failed. better look next time.

wait a minute...surely they're not going to pass someone after nearly knocking someone over, even if they acknowledge the mistake??!

that seems like it defeats the object of being tested!

It's actually funny that because I was doing a reverse around a gradual corner (I think that's what they call it) and as I was going round the corner I knew I'd gone too far and just went 'I'm gonna hit' then I touched the kerb, straightened the car up and reversed abit more. Thinking I failed the exam I put the cars handbrake on, put it in neutral and then put my head in my hands n just went 'f**k!'

He sat there and didn't say a word, I carried on with the exam, when I got to the exam centre, I parked up and just went, 'go on then might as well get my card out and rebook for next month'. He just looked at me and went 'I'm pleased to say you passed, because you knew you had done wrong back at the reverse manoeuvre you then corrected it and got yourself back and didn't put a foot wrong for the rest of the exam.

I got 3 minors n passed first time.
