Ok, I’m confused. He or she? Are pronouns getting confused here ?
I remember this happening last year. An unimaginable event that I can’t even begin to think how the groom managed to get through.
The drunk driver piece of shit has been sentenced to 25 years.

$1.3M settlement awarded in Folly Beach crash that killed bride, injured groom
A judge has awarded the victims of the Folly Beach car crash that killed a bride on her wedding night and injured the groom and two others over $1 million.www.live5news.com
Each of the named establishments “should have known that they had the authority and obligation to train, control, and supervise their respective employees, agents, or servants, including any bartenders, servers or any other employee” to not overserve patrons alcohol and not place others at risk of incurring serious injury or death, the lawsuit states.
Also looks like the rental car company were sued as well. Bride's mother and groom fighting over control of the estate. All seems a bit strange to me.Tragic story and good to see such a long sentence. I'm intrigued about the legal payouts from the 3 bars the driver had been drinking in though. Presumably for serving her when she was already drunk and not because they knew she was driving?
Edit:
Here's more details about that aspect if anyone's interested
Looks like that. Presumably serving someone whilst they are intoxicated is a criminal act in SC, which then triggers some sort of civil liability. Seems a bit remote to me. Presumably no one at any of those bars made her get in her car. I guess the bars have a duty of care to their own customers whilst they are in the premises but if it extends beyond that, where does that end? Domestic violence spirngs to mind as an example of possible liability applying that principle further.Tragic story and good to see such a long sentence. Yeah, that was my line of thinking. You'd be terrified to serve anyone if you're then held responsible for their actions.Looks like that.
