Strikers: Mario Balotelli, Edin Dzeko, John Guidetti, Andrea Mancini, plus one other.

No Tevez in this, very interesting, i think we have seen the last of him :(

even if he were 100% content at the club, he wouldn't be figuring into these matches anyway. He's still on holiday, as is Pab Zab.

I'd imagine Aguero will not start training until the 4th then either. Not a clue who the "plus one other" might be.

If Andreas is in there maybe Filipo is going to get a game as well?

Anyway as we are playing 2 games in 2 days you would expect all the squad + a few to be going over.

Not sure if anyone's heard yet but there was a chance that the Irish players wouldn't turn up, it's all been settled now though. More like a storm in a tea pot.

"A statement from McGuinness (PFAI general secretary) earlier today said the players “expressed extreme dissatisfaction with the conditions offered to them for their participation in the Dublin Super Cup”.

Chief among them was the money on offer for the 22 players, a take-home of around €300, but it is now believed the association has agreed to raise the €650 gross fee due to each player to €1,000 and increase their ticket allocation for the four-game tounament from two to six."

Thankfully it's all been settled now. Not sure our players know how good they have it.
