Any of these rumours could've been true... Well maybe not any but certainly a few.

The player in question might've been about to sign, but didn't... Yet...

It doesn't mean they weren't true at the time, or might not be true in the future...?

The end of THIS window is arbitrary and relative in the whole scheme of things.

In a nutshell... How do you or anyone else really know the eventual reality of any of these supposed deals?
