I think having Tolmie in the red for the Italian left back is harsh, it's well documented that one was on his way from Roma untill Ranieri blocked it, his name escapes me.

As for RSC, again that's harsh because he did sign. Hopefully "Gerrard" will be getting added to his name in blue over the coming days.

this source isn't the same as that one, you'll find not just me got told this info, infact a few people with information was told about henry, seems like we all got done, that person who used my story to make him look better made it look worse for me aswell.

henry WAS at the city fulham game in april 2009 and was considering a move back to england, i posted that on here and only me, never saw it mentioned on here by anyone else, then someone pm's me on here who saw it and confirmed it, also another certain someone on here who works on at the ground confirmed it to.

You're on the list for the Henry thing in the WUM section, and Kaka for the pending section.

It's a tough one to really nail down to be honest. I think the general consensus is that you get added to the list (in the pending section) if you supply a transfer rumour to the forum that you can later claim as ITK information if it comes off.

Put it this way, if Kaka signed tomorrow, people would remember you said it, and then you would gain the ITK tag, to be trusted in future. Whether you want this or not, this will happen if you post correct information. Unfortunately, with the main exception of Ajay, there are very few people who remember somebody's track record with wrong transfer stories, so the List is also a guide for them. Wanting to be taken off the List suggests that you aren't as confident in your information that you may have made out. You say there is an interest from both sides, so I'll await the untold media coverage and a bid going in from City

It's a fair trade off for all concerned. People who provide information should be subjected to scrutiny and should get the positive or negative consequences for it.
