I actually feel very sorry for him, he should be the target man in the box, and due to the fact we have no wingers, he is having to run down the wings and contribute there yet he has no pace. He isn't being played properly and the team is just not right

A very strange purchase for us.If he was playing for the Spuds we would be witnessing his true ability,their players and system compliment his attributes.

Suarez would have been far more suitable for us.

am i the only one who notice that team doesen't have sense of urgency.At 1-0,all they do is pass ball behind players,pass ball to CB,goal keepers and Wingers?Like they dont care.Team was bullshit today.Thats all.Dzeko isn't messi,he can't dribble through wall of defenders and chip keeper with his backheel

He was played right in the Aris home leg. Down the middle with the others playing around him, supporting him. Resulted in 2 goals in with 12 minutes on the board.

Kiev are a different animal, massively under rated and underestimated.

so cause he didn't score tonight he had a shit game, is that how it goes?

he held the ball up, played some proper neat little quick passes and some cross field balls. he always made himself available. he made some nice turns and left the defender scratching his head a few times.

he got the ball and TURNED, and ran TOWARDS the goal when he could. it seems the rest of the team apart from tevez and silva don't know how to do that simple thing.

Dzeko was one of the few players on your stinking team tonight that, when with the ball, made something happen. He had more accurate passess than rest of your midfielders. Combined. In all honesty was one of the decent players tonight.

Balotelli = disgrace. Would NEVER start for any serious team if him and Mancini didn't have 'special something'. This guy will run this team into the ground.
Yaya = biggest fucking pussy and waste of space I've EVER seen roam in the midfield.
Barry = offensively crippled player.

SILVA tonight = awfull as f.u.c.k.
Blown the only real chance the team had.


So you know what - just piss off with your garbage. This team will NEVER be successful as long as its managers BEND OVER to ego's like Balotelli's, etc., etc...Please just trade Dzeko to some serious PL team without prima-donnas.

I'm not Bosnian but this is pretty close - maybe a little over the top.

Dzeko at least tried to bring other players into the game put some good balls out wide but Dzeko, Silva and whoever need more support. You can't keep getting results with 3 holding midfielders.

Agreed I thought Dzeko did well tonight and was at least trying to link the play and bring our midfield forward to support he and Balo (Tevez when he came on too). Problem is that when Tevez came on he immediately dropped deep to halfway to pick the ball up. We need our strikers advanced and within communicative distance of each other. That's the only way they can form a partnership.
