It's tempting to sat that only City fans could doubt the outright ability of Tevez, Balotelli, Silva, Dzeko, but it's not true, all clubs have supporters who are blind as bats, yet stubbornly believe that in a few moments they have seen the truth, this player has no real ability. I suppose you can't argue with real coinnoseiuers of true technique. What an education, watching the likes of Benjani, David White and Adrian Heath at close hand.

reading some of these posts, I'm starting to get an impression that džeko spends the game walking around, avoiding the ball, kicking it to the stands every time it comes to his feet and occasionally passing to the opposition. if I hadn't watched the game, f**k, I might have believed it, reading it so many times.

you might try being a wee bit more realistic, it never killed anyone.

switched feet, kept balance, turned and played it into tevez, he didn't even have to change his stride, was pretty much perfect, infact it was perfect.

TBH, I strongly disagree. aside from the non-playing factor (edin not being the kind of guy to make problems for either his manager or his teammates) on the field, the stats don't agree with you.

edin, in his club career, and let's just count from 2007 onwards, to make it fair to mario, has 116 appearances and 66 goals in league games, and 18 apps and 9 goals in european games. that's 60% efficiency.

mario: 68 apps, 25 goals in league games, 16 apps, 2 goals in europe. that's a bit over 30%.

so, no. I can't "admit" balotelli is better.

Insignificant arguement anyway, i know you guys are more fans of the player rather than the club, but it's the club that is important. What's more of a concern is if the 2 can strike up a good relationship on the pitch. I actually think Balo is quite similar to, but better than Grafite, so i think they could actually make a very good partnership if they get games together.
