Dzeko to Inter

the fans like the one two's of tevez and aguero and their graft,
but ultimatley it goals that win games.

i.e dzeko wins games
dont mess with that, not at this stage. Its just madness

In a weird way I was quite impressed with Aguero's 40 goals in 72 games along with his graft and also Tevez's 64 goals in 112 games with his graft but Dzeko who is half the footballer has 34 in 90

Goals win you games, Aguero and Tevez aint too bad a bet

1 - We massively overspent on him

2 - He will be on big wages
Big players usually are
15 - 20 million would be a great fee imo.

Anything under £20 mill would be a rip off

No club especially from Italy is going to pay 20million plus and match his 100k wages for a player who isn't even a regular starter for us and hasn't since he signed.

Dzeko has made 63 league appearances (a big chunk of which were mere minutes) and scored 33.

Hes scored 25 league goals in 63 games.

never mind the career stats and what, what

i am talking about this season, he seems to be the only one firing.
you cant deny this.....

however on bluemoon i bet we will have an "ingenious" counter arguement.

Well umm Aguero has the same amount of goals in less games but Dzeko has 1 more in the league
Tevez has 8 in 14 which technically makes him the better goals to game ration this season
I think Dzeko scoring late winners and important goals has skewed real facts
Although late and important goals very much play there part ;)

So, you count a game as a game never mind if someone played 90 minutes in one and 10 in other and count that as a fact?

Now that's the fact skewing my friend :)

Though this stat shit is done million times and getting boring if you want to do the stats, then do the game per minutes played ratio and that's where Dzeko is easily most effective City striker this season. And one of the best in Premier League history. And didn't take any penalty too.

I'd take 20-22 millions for him though, it's best for all sides. He's too good to have a game here and there, and it's enough money to buy similar replacement and one that lot of City fans would find fancy enough :)

His comment doesn't really change anything. From the start the reports said Inter going for Dzeko was completely reliant on them getting in the Champions League. That would award them the cash windfall to allow them to bolster their squad with players like Dzeko.

Do like how he contradicts himself though by saying they don't need anyone up front right now but would talk to City if Mario is available.

This. Whenever he finds his form we sit him and he gets out of form. Hopefully we start him against Arsenal to keep his form going.
