Dzeko?

Let's be realistic.

Dzeko wants to be the man somewhere else and Roma is the perfect landing spot for him, while City on the other end want to sell him to get an upgrade at the position.
They'll shake hands at €22-23m because it's pretty clear this is in the best interest of both clubs.
Yup, a more realistic response to the hard line approach that the initial slap down should engender.

Not even sure what your on about, but such a shit post.

Di Marzio is decent.

Unless your on about Tancredi?

What's so shitty about it?

Trust me on this one, I live in Italy and Di Marzio is considered a joke by anyone who possess even the slightest faculty of reason.
He's an attention seeker who does his job, which is filling the newspapers, reliability to him is secondary.

As someone previously stated, Italians love drama and Di Marzio knows that.

Italian sides always low ball teams when it comes to transfer offers. I've no idea why they feel they can get someone clearly worth in the region of €20m for only a fraction of that amount. He's got 3 years left on his contract so it's not as if we desperately need to sell him at this stage. Yes, he probably doesn't factor too much into our future plans, and a move away would best suit club and player, but that doesn't mean we need to accept offers far below our valuation. If Roma really want Dzeko then they'll need to improve their bid substantially I suspect.

Roma sporting director Walter Sabatini is reportedly holding off on a move for Zenit’s Salomon Rondon as he waits on Manchester City’s Edin Dzeko.

The Giallorossi have been pursuing Bosnia-Herzegovina international Dzeko, butit appeared yesterday that they were on the verge of turning to Rondon instead because of City’s high demands.

CalcioNews24 has reported that Sabatini has postponed any move for Rondon until he understands whether or not it will be possible to bring Dzeko to the capital.

However, the outlet anticipates a Giallorossi bid for the Venezuelan to arrive soon, as he also has offers from Wolfsburg and Liverpool.
