Roc said not too long ago that we might actually need that £5m to be able to afford to bring in who we want to, so it's not just as simple as getting rid of him ASAP.

The biggest problem is that he's taking up a valuable place in the squad for foreign players.

To bring in Pogba (as well as De Bruyne, say) we need to get rid of Dzeko.

Not only is he garbage but he could mess up the rest of our transfer plans. Just get rid City, FFS.

Why should we lower our demands? Liverpool didn't with Sterling even with him wanting to leave and only having one year left.

Agree,we seem to get the piss taken out of us when selling players especially to Italian clubs,but I think most of us want to see edin moved on so maybe dropping the fee slightly will be for the best,especially if we can't bring any in until others leave...

As domalino has mentioned a couple of posts up that extra £5m comes in very handy for any player we are likely to bring in between now and when the transfer window shuts.

I have supported dzeko and without his goal against notts in the fa cup and his goal qpr in the league it could of all been different. But having watched him in pre season when he's come on he doesn't give a fuck excuse my french. Not very professional.
