There are pictures on here of previews of Eastland's being on Fifa 12.

I reckon EA will be linked with the leisure part of Eastlands. There was some talk of indoor theme park ect at the beginning but i remember reading that there was talk of 3D and 4D interactive entertainment centre being built and with EA at the forefront of that technology i am putting two and two together and coming up with that.

Exactly. And their version is far, far better quality than those pics from the PES patch that were being banded around the other day.

Every tiny detail of the stadium seems to be correct.

There is an EA Sports logo on the City page at the bottom where the sponsers are listed. This has been there for about 10 days but the club has not made any announcement on it yet.

I assume they were waiting until they were at EA Sports HQ in California to make the announcement. SSN showed Garry Cook in front of EA Sports and MCFC press conference board before saying we were announcing a new sponsorship.

Obviously the Twitter hype last night was about this agreement. However, other that that there is no mention of the nature of the agreement anywhere on the web. Only the new kit (fuck off blue shorts) and Etihad Stadium on the Fifa 12 clip.

The only mention in the press I can find is in a local California paper. http://www.theprovince.com/sports/City+lads+keen+show+stuff/5117461/story.html This confirms the sponsorship but doesn't expand at all on the nature of the agreement.

Does anyone have any more concrete info?
