Just watched episode 1 series 1 on youtube, forgot just how good it is, great cast and great scripts.

It's nowhere near the finest British comedy ever (Fawlty Towers, Only Fools & Horses, Dad's Army, Blackadder, The Fast Show) but was a brilliant sitcom that never received the credit it deserved. Some exceptional actors like James McAvoy and Maxine Peake got it going.

When he left Early Doors it must have been to film Shameless. When they are talking about him splitting up with Fionna, Joe says "he's shameless"
