You'll be lucky!
This government is of the idea that you must work even longer these days , basically until you fall over , or die of a stress related illness ......... they say if you agree to work longer they'll improve any pension that you may be fortunate enough to get ............. they insist that we're a nation of jovial golden oldies who are thrivin' in every way , they say that's based on reliable info ... their reliable info!
How come four on my mates have died in their 50's over the last couple of years then and haven't even lived to draw either their works , or their state , pensions?
And of course that's exactly what the government hopes happens to me and you too!
If you told the government that you were skint they'd tell you that you're a liar ...... they'd insist that the average working wage in your area is a very prosperous £600 per week , and that you must clearly have got your sums wrong ...... they'll insist that you personally have never been better off!
