I think that anyone failing to call it the Etihad is being disrespectful to the fact that several hundred million pounds are being pumped into the club to enable us to live the dream as supporters.

Disrespectful?! I don't think anyone in the world gives a fuck what a few thousand Mancunians call some stadium. The only thing Etihad will care about is whether the right name is used in the media.

Generally I just use "The Ground", "City", "Our Place" or "City's Ground" - and I'll probably continue

Personally I think they should have called it The Etihad Arena - that sounds better than Etihad Stadium
