Ed V Dave - 9pm on C4 & Sky News

Paxman gifted that to Miliband by demonstrating what a tool (Paxman) is. He could have shown Miliband up without the "Nother London Geek" and "Brother" comments.

You ok Ed ?
he's been meme'd

Not like he could win this election anyway. They needed a 4/5 point lead by now to overcome the last minute 'stick-with-what-you-know' effect. I would have liked him to balls out anti-banks earlier in the campaign, and stuck to the 'not one person has been prosecuted' line.

You voting Green Rasc? Only real left wing party out there.

Communist if they stand which sadly is unlikely, then whoever is the most Socialist or most likely to stop a Tory winning the seat.

The Greens are doing well, there time will come. Just wish we had the SNP standing in Cheadle.

Where I live, the greens are the most left wing option, they'll be getting my vote as they usually do. I wont vote Labour again after Tory Blair, his illegal wars and copying the Tory manifesto.

Miliband or Cameron, what the fuck has this country become?

Tonight has reaffirmed my belief that real politics and men of principle and fit to rule has well and truly ended in this country.

If thats the choice we are well and truly fucked!

Possibly the truest comment on all of the forums, apart from the obvious one on the United thread..........SCUM

Farage will be very much looking forward to his debates, particularly the one of opposition leaders.

Think the format worked better for Cameron, making his decision not to have a debate between him and Ed a good one. Miliband was just awful.

That was very pro tory as you would expect from sk, Burley is a terrible journo and Paxman his usual self, but while plastic dave was given standard question he could reel answers off to, Ed was just asked pointless shite about his brother and given a tougher ride by Jeremy, but finished strongly at the end, even replied well to the sly "are you alright" dig,

I think Ed is a genuine guy, I really do. Unfortunately, being genuine doesn't make him a Prime Minister.

Cameron was better there, but was given a much easier (and much less personal) line of questioning.

Hard to really determine anything from that 90 mins viewing.
