Eddie Butler has died in his sleep on a charity walk in Peru.
Loved listening to him, and he had a wonderful double act with Brian Moore.
One of the go-to voiceover people.

A beautiful voice and used to love his previews before and round-ups at the end of a Six Nations. Strange that he only ever had 16 caps (fewer Tests, I suppose), but to have captained the country he so dearly loved must have been a huge privilege for him.

When he commentated on rugby you just knew he was knowledgable and his voice was calm and authoritative and seemed a lovely bloke RIP
