True, I guess his refusal to allow creative players freedom is probably one of the many reasons he doesn't stick around anywhere long, everyone gets pretty fed up of it pretty quickly. People go on about the tactical expertise Mourinho exercises - versus The Dippers in particular - and he describes himself as The Special One, but there are a number of occasions where Mourinho's ego has got the better of him to the detriment of the team. This idea of 'punishing' players for having the audacity to query a 'football decision' too often backfires.
