Sorry but if you dont think Hazard has carried Chelsea, you're just showing yourself up. Every single attack they have goes through him. Without him they would be completely fucked. You can see it today, he is their entire attack, every time they get the ball they immediately look to get the ball to him.

Googling his stats doesn't show you how he's the central figure in every attack, but speaking to any Chelsea fan who watches them week in and week out will.

Watching this game how would we know, every time he got forward his wing backs and midfield were now where to be seen and Giroud was arriving eventually. He had no choice but to try and do it himself.
 
I thought he looked very good today. You could see how worried Utd were every time he got the ball. Put one on a plate for alonso who missed

My reason is that though he is a dangerous player he becomes the only dangerous player on a team. He seems not to trust his teammates enough to pass to them.

Same for Belgium any time I've seen them play. Doesn't compliment DeBruyne at all or viceversa. It's like two teams playing in parallel.

Actually, his stats will show his importance to Chelsea.

Correct. He is often very isolated given the way Chelsea play. He is also rather obviously fed up with how they play. He’d be something else in our team: I am very confident Pep would successfully integrate him and get the best out of him,
 
This is my take on the Hazard rumours. For the person who said Hazard doesn't "carry" Chelsea. He's been carrying them since he was 22.



And this is supposed to be a down season in which him and Chelsea have struggled. He's consistently one of the best creator and dribblers in world football and can be unplayable at times.

Under Pep, he'll all but double his goals and assists tally. I don't think some of us understand how much playing for a very defensive manager can hamper a player yet Hazard has been one of the best players in Europe since he arrived in the league. In almost every game Chelsea plays against one of the other big teams, Hazard has to play on the counter attack and feed off scraps yet he finds a way to be influential.

He's had to play under Mourinho and Conte for virtually all his Chelsea career and even before them Di Matteo and Benitez. He's never played for an attacking manager before. Pep can turn him into the best player in the world. Having him in this side will take City to the next level in Champions league. I see why Pep will want to sign him now. I think its a possible signing with Chelsea in Europa league and Hazard being 27. If he doesn't leave now he'll be 29 next time he plays in the CL and there's no guarantee Chelsea will be in any sort of position to be relevant in that competition any time soon. We HAVE to go big for him I feel. Or at least try.

I don't think there's anything in that that suggests he'll stay there. This is more revealing. This was just after the FA cup final:


He's been making such remarks in recent weeks, what can be called "passive-aggresive". Like saying he wants to play with "good players"


He's been largely irrelevant in the CL since he's been there. I think it has finally dawned on him his career has stagnated at Chelsea and its time to look elsewhere. It's up to him to hand in a transfer request like Coutinho did. Abramovich wont let him join us easily
 
Really hope we aren't going too big on this one. Not happening.
