Watch the replay I posted, arm to hip, rapid change of direction(the super slow-mo twitter post shows just how much it deviated best)... It made it impossible to read where the ball was heading and wrong footed him.

Should be coming out and claiming the ball.

Kompany barely got off the ground. Probably should have done better. I truly believe he was affected by flapping at the first corner and told himself not to do that again and therefore stayed on his line. When the ball is that low and that close to your line you need him to be claiming it I think. A big shout to Vinny and a big punch clear. It is something to work on. I still rate him very highly. And he is still very young as goalkeepers go.
