His head does not seem to be in it. That may not come back even with a move away.

Looking at the most recent Inside City he looked a little detached from what was going on - kinda like going through the emotions. As others have stated, I get that that's part of his character/personality - but I'm just wondering wether the departure of Scott earlier in the Summer kinda bummed him out a little also.
