cheeseman said on bbc gmr today that a scout from dortmund is at stoke watching, but they dont know if they can afford edins wages....
They'll be offering about £10 on that performance

He's been excellent, that ball to Tevez on the break was world-class.

And wheres Tevez been? Nowhere !! I'll say it again.. he's been excellent, Muppet !!!

He's done ok today, good effort, put himself about and even defended well.

Sometimes its his 'casual' manner that betrays his contribution.

I'd sell either of Mario and Edin, if we could land David Villa.

Kun, Villa, Tevez would be great.
Villa??? Lets sell a player that is never injured is 27 and scores goals for someone that is always injured and is in his 30s that makes perfect sense.

Not really what I'm saying though.

If we get a good offer for Edin or Mario we should sell as we really need to fix our books.

Then we'll need a not too expensive player who can do a great job together with the other strikers we have at our disposal, who preferably offers something a bit different from what we already have. Villa fits that description. And he's still a very clinical striker in great shape physically. Also the fact that he and Silva were amazing together at Valencia doesn't hurt does it?

You are correct on the Villa topic. Out of 20 shots this season, Villa has scored 10 of those. He's an extremely clinical striker and I think he'd easily be as good as Dzeko if not better if he joined City.

He is a bit old and I'd rather see Guidetti take Dzeko's place if the Bosnian was to leave in the summer. Guidetti is physically more similar to Dzeko then Villa is (obviously) and he's come from the academy!

Exclusive: Many surveys for Dzeko. One of Inter, but ...

Edin Dzeko has found a smile. In late November, it was sad to be on the edge of Manchester City. Now, even to the concomitance of other situations, recovered and ground space. And in this way the worries are gone: up to a month ago even thought of leaving in January, now the orientation is to postpone to July, a year after the contract expires. But in recent days there have been several surveys, evidently striker Dzeko remains a highly coveted. One from Italy, some depth by Inter. To the point of any investment program, as Lavezzi and Lamela are stuck for the moment. The last word belongs to the City at this stage that the market has not, however, expected outputs important.

If we do sell Dzeko . We should ask for at least 20 Million quid . Nothing more nothing less .

"the final word rests with city" and our word is we arent selling an important player in january with no one lined up
