Dropped/rotated v Wigan the week after. MadnessHe was not playing on the wing. Mancini rotated him a lot. I think after he scored 4 goals vs tottenham he was on the bench next gme

That can’t be true. There’s a certain geriatric ponce over in Trafford who surely has done the same. The only one who scored 50+ in three top4 leagues.

But did in Spain. Making it 3 out of the top 4 leagues?He/she never played in germany
You’re right. My bad. Not the only oneBut did in Spain. Making it 3 out of the top 4 leagues?
It‘s amazing to me that so few have done it.You’re right. My bad. Not the only one
but the first one.
On 3 March 2018, Džeko scored his 50th league goal for Roma, thus becoming the first player ever to score 50 goals in three of Europe's top five major leagues.
I cheered him as much as anyone, but, legend? He had Tevez and Aguero streets ahead of him.
Blimey, I guess every one of the 2012 squad are legends. Decent, but, half the time, he played like he had lead boots on, and his first touch was often a 5 yard pass - to no-one in particular

All about opinions, innitI said for me…
Watching Erling today got me to thinking about Edin. He’ll always be loved by blues and on balance he was a success with us but when we bought him we all thought we were getting a killer finisher top class goal machine, maybe not quite at Erling’s level but not far off, yet things never really panned out like that.
I think that was more our fault than his - I wish we’d played him more often as a buccaneering centre forward rather than on the wing or as a link up man as was regularly the case.
In truth thought the same myself today, but Erling is more physical and quicker, not sure about him being a winger !!.. also at that time we seemed to have many more options up top, hence the rotation...I sincerely hope Erling gives us more than 2-3 years.Watching Erling today got me to thinking about Edin.
