One sometimes forgotten goal was against Palace minutes after the scousers has "slipped up". I think we all believed the title was on when that went in.

A gutted scouse former workmate told me that by the time they they got back to their car, City were already 2-0 up

I thought (and still think!) that Edin was great for City. Reading these posts it is a reminder of just how many vital goals he scored for us. It is no exaggeration to say that we would have struggled to win anything without his goals. Thanks again, Edin and have a great world cup - you might - just might - not be picked for the next one! But you never know!

I have been on holiday near Dubrovnik in Croatia and did a day trip to Mostar in
Bosnia and Herzegovina. It seems that Edin is a superstar there as there were lots of shirts with his name on the back for sale. Only managed to get this not great picture though.
