Everytime I watch Cole he reminds me of Sturridge as a kid, the way he plays.

At what stage are these lads taught to dive, cheat and/or behave like a big girls blouse?

103 minutes of football and I haven't seen one dive, attempt to cheat or an exaggerated reaction to a foul or collision


edit - haha - typical - just as I hit submit Ambrose took a dive for a penalty and quite rightly got a yellow for it :-D

Lopes's final balls have not been too great tonight. Still a great player, just seems a little off on some of his passes.

I know the level is much lower but I think the 21s play with a more consistent intensity than the first team. They never really let off and just keep pressing and working hard.

I agree, but that being said, teams at the next level are so good keeping possession you kind of have to pick your spots to go all out, where at this level, you have more of a chance of causing a missed pass, or a mistake.
