I did wonder whether it was to do with the license on LG TV's (strange as that would be) but if others can use it on LG's then probably not. Can you uninstall and download again on LG's to make sure it's up to date? If not can you clear the cache on it, perhaps by signing out?Its on the App for those that want to stay warm.
