EDS vs Brugge

Lavia wasn’t at his usual best. Second half was better. Impressed with Esbrand. McAtee & Edozie looked good before coming off.

Full time. One all.

Pretty fair result in the end, first half they deserved to be winning and we deserved our equalizer.

Battled for the win but we lacked a bit of cohesion between the front players.

Once McAtee went off we missed that spark coming from midfield.

Three teams level on points at the top of the group. Hopefully when we play Brugge again in a couple of weeks we will have a few players back.

Wilson-Esbrand v good, probably the pick of inexperienced team packed with kids from lower age groups, some of them who found the physical side of it a challenge. Ref didn’t help.
With our full complement of qualifying players fit and available, we would smash both these and PSG out of sight

Lavia turns their player inside out, we have an overload... play stopped because the **** who was turned and got nowhere near the ball has stayed down to disrupt the play.
Was the ref Atkinson as he seems fond of doing that when we have the ball
