EDS vs Everton (on City+ 19.00 friday)

I was critical of Edozie and Knight last week but they were both much better today. McAtee was class as usual, could have had 4 or 5 assists if the finishing had been better.

FT 3-1. 3 beautiful goals from Palmer, Edozie and Knight. Two assists from McAtee, think it was Gomes who got the last one. Gomes has been very good in every game for the EDS this season. Been involved in first team training too

Yeah, they were both great today

McAtee creative midfielder, Palmer can play striker/winger/attacking midfielder, Knight striker, Edozie winger, Tom Doyle central midfielder, Lavia def.midfielder
Palmer is peps dream, to look so good in each position you have mentioned and be a stand out so often. He has a real chance of making it with us. As do numerous players in this team.

Not just first team training, he was on the bench the other night. I didn't see it all tonight, but I thought he played well, there's always mistakes at this level, but I thought a number of them played pretty well.

Palmer whiffs of special to me. I’ve seen him score outrageous goals like that a fair few times now. He could mature to be physically powerful too. Seems to play best from Right wing from what I’ve seen but looks like he could play multiple positions on the pitch. Reminds me a little of frank worthington! And Mcattee what a clever player, like a young David.

Some brilliant goals, but McAtee was once again the standout player for me. As has been said, more than a hint of David about his game, beautiful touch and always seems to have time
