I difn't see it all but, from what I did see, I got the impression the younger Arsenal players were intimidated by the physicality of Liverpool. Every time Smith-Rowe got it, he spun his man and then had to leap onto the air to avoid getting clobbered by the next slide-tackle. Liverpool won just about every meaningful challenge.
Was that line straight across the pitch?
It didn't look like it and it very quickly disappeared
