the partnership of Silva and de Bruyne is bad and harmful no matter how it was sometimes good And Effective
said it before about the partnership of Silva and Nasri , we will find that we have to choose between Silva and de Bruyne in the future, the problem of playing duo together may not appear now as a large problem but with the time it becomes bigger problem, and even if we Swept our opponents with the existence of the duo that something disingenuous and the truth will be reflected with the time . the presence of Toure somehow makes the partnership of Silva and de Bruyne more failed, Toure because of the age naturally he will not be able to go back each attack was advanced by quickly So here the duo Silva and de Bruyne should help him and the team by going back and defending sometimes but this duo never help so sometimes Dinho find himself alone in front of more opponent players !! Both are play makers, ordinary or bad on the wing, lack many of the advantages of the wing such as speed, defensive coverage, and we will find that we have to choose between the duo - especially in Europe and the big matchs in the league - and here I think that de Bruyne will be more proper for 60% of the meetings and Silva more proper for 40 % of the meetings .we Must accept that the main Skeleton are declining , the main Skeleton are Hart Zabaleta Kompany Toure Silva Aguero , De Bruyne is very great deal because we can say that we find the Suitable alternative for Silva strongly and perhaps best, while the five rest have not been compensated for because, perhaps Zabaleta Sagna performs well
I do not say this for criticism the magician Silva, but this is the fact either Silva or de Bruyne for the City use

I really think Sterling and De Bruyne are wasted out wide. We don't play with Andy Carroll and we don't have a Lampard making late runs into the box so playing De Bruyne and Sterling out wide is a waste of their attacking talent especially Sterling who always cuts in on his right foot. He needs to play inside.

Notable that the crosses that produced our goals came from full backs. We don't need Sterling and De Bruyne to give us width. We need one at least to be linking up with Silva.

City's defending gets hammered by the critics game after game, but we've been struggling to create chances for weeks now. In part down to Aguero but that's not the sole reason. Aguero, Silva, Sterling, De Bruyne is a great unit, but they aren't playing together. This is what should be being discussed.

Pitch was terrible at Watford. Didn't help
 
If Nasri and silva were great together then de Bruyne and silva should be able to play together! Confidence from the whole squad looks shot at the minute to be honest

There is definitely something lacking going forward, it cant be lack of ability because we are over-loaded with it. However after watching the game last night it seems that the supporting attacking trio of Silva, KDB and Sterling have forgotten how to provide service to Kun.

On a few occasions last night the wrong option on the final ball was played resulting in a breakdown of the attack, I am not saying that these 3 supporting kun are not good enough, because they are, however it seems that with the introduction of both KDB and Sterling this allows Silva to not directly look for Aguero. Last night Kun made a few runs that he could have got in behind the back four, but the option to spread the ball out to the wide men was chosen.

We are also not utilising the ability of the attacking front line, and maybe this is just a season that will be a bedding in period, but we are too slow in attacking resulting in the opposition getting numbers back behind the ball. Sometimes it looks as though once we get forward we are unsure of which option to take for the best. I have also noticed a real lack of movement sometimes once we are on the attack, where once we would utilise the space between the defenders and midfield we are not seeing a silva, KDB or sterling run into these areas as much as we used to

hopefully this will change in the 2nd half of the season
