Is it just me who thought that wasn't a penalty?! Ramos got something on the ball.

In real time I thought it was a fair tackle, having seen several replays I'm not so sure

I'd say it was still a foul. Getting a slight touch on the ball does not necessarily absolve you of guilt; if you didn't get the ball clear, and your impetus/momentum carries you on into a collision with the opponent, that is still a foul, I think. But, for me, it was JUST outside the box so not a penalty.
