I'd be surprised if they didn't go through now so I seem to be in the minority on here.

Its obvious we are in for them and Pelle has dropped enough hints that something could be happening right at the end of the window.

With our buying power and professionalism I believe in our guys to pull this off. I dont think for a minute negogations haven't been going on for a while.

Sky saying Porto desperate for money and are whoring the two players around every major club in Europe trying to get a better deal.

They are saying we have offered £35 million for the 2 of them.

My take is Porto desperate and need to sell now but their greed and panic could stop any sort of deal happening at all. At this stage there isn't the time to piss around.

To be honest I would be very happy with £35 million take or leave it. The rumour is Monaco are not looking to spend that big moving forward they are getting huge amounts of grief on tax evasion.

Cavani is an excellent player with two great feet, good speed and immense ability to find space......

Whilst I acknowledge that Cavani is an exceptional talent that I would love to watch week in and out, I dont see him fitting in at City unless we change our style.
