He was due back at Porto today ... As I understand it we will honour any holiday agreements he had with Porto so assuming all red tape is sorted he should be making an appearance at City today ... If he doesn't then City have some issues with third parties or worse still Mangala has not signed and is having second thoughts (surely not) .....
