I'd much rather take out Fernando/Fernandinho (depending on the opposition) and bring in Jovetic. People keep saying we're going to play a new formation... Pellegrini would have tried it in pre-season if that was the case. We'll be playing 442 90% of the time.

Couple of options

If it is money and UEFA we are worried about maybe the sale of Rodwell will sort that, similarly if we need to pay of any third parties without falling foul of any of UEFA regulations.

If it is players we are worried about and not wanting to bring him in until his predecessor has left, has to be Garcia otherwise could be a bit of ill feeling in the squad.

If it is the former next 48 hours should be enough, if it is the latter we might have a wait on our hands.

No idea for the delay but the clock is now starting to tick.
