He is fit now but, as ever, the only clubs willing to take him don’t want to pay anything. No way will we be able to sell him now as he will be due a loyalty bonus in the Summer I guess, then he can pick up another big signing on fee somewhere as a Bosman.

He’s made a lot of money but blown his career in deciding not to move on, even for the same wage.

I don’t think being a footy player is the same as most regular jobs. Most players want to play and, if they don’t have that chance, move on. Manga has had his opportunities to go permanently and chose to stay.

The most we can hope is that he goes on a loan this month for 6 months taking him to the end of his five year contract with us. We won’t get any fee and still have to pay at least half his wages but at least he will finally be off our books.
 
Says it all that in his performances thread, this is just the eighth post this season.
