There is a 40M€ offer,Porto wants 45M€ to leave him now... in summer Porto will have very good offers for sure,he will go to WC.

There is a possibility to Otamendi leaves now to MUFC,if they moves first,Mangala stay. If you offer 45M€ before Mangala goes

Can't see why Porto don't wait until the summer to sell him. They have plenty of cash and would want to drive up his price.
