I'm thinking Fernando is coming now, makes perfect sense, Porto get a few million rather than him leaving on a free in summer but Mangala deal more difficult. I'm betting City want to get the deal done now and let Porto keep him for remainder of season if that's what it takes to get the deal pushed through.
