Ir Rodri recovers and regains old form then having Anderson in the midfield with him and Foden would be very strong. If not then we need another midfielder
"Ready to make" means "I'm making this up"Seems like our interest is official now. Forest looking for 80-100m for that lad. Nothing comes cheap anymore!

Promising English DM from a club in the bottom half of the table who’s becoming a valuable player in England NT coming to us. I’ve seen this before.
There is no such player, unfortunately.Long term Rodri replacement
I wonder what we’d all say if they said we’re going for those 4 and, if we get them, that’ll be 20% on all the match day prices?Get him and Wharton in. Semenyo and Livramento too.
We can buy quality homegrown players and improve the whole team.
Trafford's already leaving? With Stones, Ake, Trafford all likely to leave by the summer, we are going to need homegrown.
Anderson is looking one of the better options attainable to fill that quota, same goes for Semenyo.
I like Anderson. Looks the perfect midfielder for this current modern game of physicality.
He’d certainly provide the energy that our midfield currently lacks. Would be a decent fit I think, and his age/nationality/PL experience work in his favour. Doubt we’d pay anything like the figures quoted though.
I'd say the same thing I've said every time there's been a rise in prices since about 2012: it would be fucking ridiculous for City to punish fans' pockets for a measly 1% or 2% boost in revenue.I wonder what we’d all say if they said we’re going for those 4 and, if we get them, that’ll be 20% on all the match day prices?
That maybe true but we’re spectacularly bad at off-loading big wages and, a couple of years out of the CL and we might be under a fair bit of financial pressure.I'd say the same thing I've said every time there's been a rise in prices since about 2012: it would be fucking ridiculous for City to punish fans' pockets for a measly 1% or 2% boost in revenue.
Of course he is, he didn't come to be number 2, nor was he signed for that purpose.Trafford's already leaving?
