First time Ive taken any notice of him watching Fulham v Forest. Forest were poor but his passing was shocking

Gibbs white stayed at Forest as it was spurs that went for him and Forest chairman said he would’ve let him go if it was a step up from forest such as us , but the chairman thought spurs was a step down which is funny.

He tried to get us involved during the saga but we had already signed Cherki. A few Forest journalists tried to push our interest.

It was also the way Spurs went about getting info on the release clause that Forest didn’t like. Which made them want to go the legal route if Spurs did pay it.

I never understood the argument Forrest was trying to make. If someone has a release clause, shouldn't it be public knowledge?

Something both the player and his agent want all top teams to know so if he balls out they know exactly how much it would cost them?

Saying Spurs went about in an illegal way to obtain that number sounded strange to me.

He’s clearly talented. Whartons first pass is incredible but I think Anderson suits our midfield needs better.
