I suppose he’s welcome to ask this of EAW staff, and he has a point about factory workers not having an option. Lots of large manufacturing businesses struggling with this dichotomy. Of course, whether or not it’s very intelligent from a business standpoint is another question, and how he states his view is also probably a clue to his character.
