All email addresses at City are firstname.secondname@mcfc.co.uk and so his wood be garry.cook@mcfc.co.uk

Unfortunately, I rushed the original post.
When I said, "I've got an idea," I should have wrote, "I've got an idea what his email address is..."
I just wanted to write to him about the three-tier, divisive, Tory-style, so-called loyalty point system they've introduced and how they should hang their heads in shame.
That's all.

It does seem quite divisive on the surface and you can't imagine that the extra revenue it might generate (around £1m?) could make a difference one way or the other. I would imagine most of the people going Platinum are those that are more regular attendees anyway, going to most cup and away games, who are the people who would get more points anyway.
The fear is that it's the pilot for or pre-cursor to an even more divisive package.
