Emergency keeper loan / Hart / Brum [All merged]

Re: Will The Return Of Joe Hart Give The Team And Fans A Boost?

Birmingham vice-chairman Peter Pannu, a former Hong Kong detective, "a Triad-busting cop" who left the force in 2000 and retrained as a barrister says " Yes" but Ek says "No!".... ...

Re: Emergency keeper loan [Merged]

How about we sign Messi, stick him in goal with Gunnar upfront then switch them round as soon as the game kicks off!!!!!!

If we got Hart back, I could see them all going to court about it. They can't complain if we are allowed a replacement, but getting in the best keeper (on current form) in the Premier League may just piss them off a little.

Ha, in that case it would make it even more satisfying.

Moaning Tottenham ****s.

Agreed, but if he came back, we played him, we got 4th, it went to court, we lost, and had points docked, we might not think it so satisfying.

City have agreed to sign Algeria's goalkeeper Faouzi Chaouchi on loan until the end of the season with an option to move here in the summer for £8 million euros. He is flying in tomorrow for a medical. Sorry I don't know much about him but he had an option to sign for Marseille in the summer but has turned it down for City.

I put myself at risk of a Clarkie, but who?

He is the keeper who butted the ref in the african nations semi final against egypt

Re: Emergency keeper loan [Merged]

Something to think about, from what I have been told Taylor's surgary was to clear-up an ongoing issue. If thats the case it seems very strange timing during the season and it would point to the fact that he is moving on in the summer, thus wanting to be fit for the start of the pre-season elsewhere.

Why would they take us to court if it was authorised by the Premier League? They wouldn't risk doing anything illegal after the West Ham/ Sheffield United saga.

In any case I think our lawyers would be better than theirs.

Joe back to us i think - Brum wont want to piss us off and not let them have him again next season.
If Given is out for the start of next season(as seem likely), Hart will either be here or will have been sold, I really can't see(with this injury)that another loan year at Birmingham is an option.

I think City getting the on form Premier League and possible England WC keeper back for the last 3 games, would seriously piss on their chips, if it was one of the other 3 I doubt we'd be happy either.

(Oh and this is City, so rule nothing stupid out.)
