I mentioned Sydney house prices as someone said earlier they are moving to Sydney.
they dont just take into account house prices when they work these things out.............everything is very expensive nowadays
If you are well off and can earn high dollars then fine, you'll be ok, if not you'll struggle
Im just saying to anyone thinking its all wonderful here in Oz, please study prices of things before you come here, then you wont be in for a shock
You can obviously look at house prices in Ipswich but I for one would never want to live there, too hot in summer, too cold in winter, full of bogans lol
