Assuming the outward transaction and return journey from Mackay can be verified and found to be in excess of the flights operating expenses then surely he has to face prosecution for manslaughter in not using a commercially licensed pilot.
Initial accident report is out.

Looks very much like the pilot was breaking a few rules in transporting Sala in the first place which may reflect very badly on Cardiff City if they arranged it.
No cause of accident found yet.
I’d be embarrassed if this was city that was involved, shocking from Cardiff...Just read a report that Cardiff are going to declare the transfer null and void and try and say they are not liable for the transfer fee.
Have to say they are not coming out of this very well at all.

The Cardiff argument is they fucked up the registration so it’s null and void, fuck all about the actual contract with Nate’s being to facilitate the transfer of his registration.Just read a report that Cardiff are going to declare the transfer null and void and try and say they are not liable for the transfer fee.
Have to say they are not coming out of this very well at all.
That is pretty bloody disgusting from Cardiff. Has it taken them this long to come up with this ill willed thin veneer of a pretense as why not to pay. Absolute nonsense from Cardiff.Just read a report that Cardiff are going to declare the transfer null and void and try and say they are not liable for the transfer fee.
